As a new year starts fresh, Every season begins to mesh, The white carpet of snow begins to peel, As the sunlight begins to reveal.
No wonder why, no wonder how, The once-bare branches, Come out of the deep dark trenches, To give spring its chances.
As the soft breeze whispers near, A hum of renewal we start to hear.
Fluttering bluebirds roam in the air, As the uplifting tunes reach everywhere. They glide through the branches, swift and bright, A chorus born from pure delight.
The flowers bloom bright, As the sun shines light.
Everything springs to life, A radiant scene proceeds, It is Spring indeed.
