Sometimes my mind relaxes during crazy days
A quiet calm descends, a peaceful haze.
A restful moment, bringing inner ease,
Thoughts drifts like lilies, a gentle breeze.
Then storms appear, that wreck my soul,
Emotions rush, beyond control.
Darkness goes down, hiding all of the light,
Waves of anger crash, a flood’s furious might.
But slowly, softly, peace begins to bloom,
A fragile seedling, pushing through the gloom.
Acceptance dawns, a quiet understanding,
Healing whispers, gently commanding.
And from the ashes, strength begins to rise,
A clearer vision, mirrored in my eyes.
The storm calms, the sun breaks through anew,
A resilient spirit, strong, and more true.
