Melody of a Soul

My name is Jessica. I am 11 years old and I love to sing. From a very young age, I sang, and thanks to my community I can grow in this activity that I like so much. My community helps me at home, at school, and outside of school.

At home, my mom always supports me in everything I like to do, especially singing, which by the way she loves to listen to. In my free time, I start to sing, and whenever I sing, I feel something inside me that throbs very strongly with emotion.

School is the place where they support me the most in singing. At my school, the art education teacher has always supported me. I sing a lot, thanks to this teacher and my dedication to singing in the school and queen elections.

Outside the house and school, what I hear helps me, that is, the music I listen to every day. For example, I listen to music that I like and I want to sing it, so I look for its name and try to match the tune to sing the music. Silence and tranquility also help me, as I concentrate more.

If you like to sing you should sing, sing, and sing no matter what people say, because some people don’t like noise and therefore they don’t like singing either. Many times when I sang, they made me shut up or told me off, and that made me very sad, because nobody understood what I felt, or rather what music made me feel.

Only the people who sing realize the good it does us and the world, because singing is a way of entertaining oneself to forget about problems and at the same time a way of being happy.

In conclusion, I would like to tell you that if you love to sing, or if you like to do something, do not leave it in vain because, if you really like it, you will fight until your dreams come true.
