Being a Leader or Following Others?

In modern society, all people choose whether they want to be leaders or follow others. Being a commander means taking responsibility for your decisions and ideas. Successful personalities should have a great number of qualities. The ability to delegate tasks effectively helps to perfect the work of the whole team. In order to do it properly, the leader should have a high level of communication skill and a talent for taking part in different conversations. Gratitude is also a very important characteristic which perfects self-esteem and reduces depression. Moreover, a captain must have influence over his followers. He has to be not just a leader but a friend for them. A commander should learn to emphasize his team in different situations. He must know how to resolve any problems and be a person full of courage in general. The leader has to be a good supporter as well. Obviously, he should act respectful and help people if they need it.

In my family, almost everybody is a leader. For instance, my grandparents are tremendous commanders, but my grandmother does it more successfully. Despite the age of my little cousin, she is a great captain and she is learning well. But all the people mentioned above are not as perfect leaders as my mum is. Of course, she has all the characteristics I have mentioned before. Due to this, she inspires me to be a good commander, too.

My mum is a very responsible person, because whatever she does, she does it properly. She can be a stupendous leader without any problems. Mum’s friends and acquaintances respect her and always consider her opinion. But despite all the seriousness of her character, she can easily organize exciting parties and unforgettable holidays. My mother is such an interesting person and is good at keeping up any conversation, so people absolutely enjoy communicating with her. And last but not least, she can support someone who needs her help.

Based on this, I am very proud of my mum. She is the one who inspires me to be a leader. This dear person will always be the best example for me in my lifetime.
