Artist’s note: “I tried to represent ‘death and life’ in different ways. First, the bird you see in the tree will try to fly for the first time, and if it can do it, it will live, and if not, then it will fall and can die. With this I wanted to represent that Life is a mystery, because we will never know how things will go if we don’t try. Second, in fact, it is dawning and representing “a new day,” and this means “one more day that you have lived is also one less day that you have left to live.” Finally, the drawing itself is very colorful, and this means that even though life is a constant battle, there is always something beautiful in it.”
