Marwa Alalawi is a Bahraini student at Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts. She enjoys illustrating comics, voice acting, learning foreign languages, reading Shakespeare and Medieval literature, and photography. She speaks Arabic, English, a branch of Persian called Holi, and Japanese.
